Online marketing Lincolnshire explained:

Search engines all have ‘spiders’, there job is to crawl the internet reading contents of websites. This is then sent back to their ‘head office’ and stored for when called upon.

These spiders crawl from one site to another via links. If you have no links into your website the spider cannot crawl you. It is like building a path to your house.

Many people have a theory it is the amount of in links you have to your website that makes you rank high. Although this helps it is the relevance and rating of the link (measured in PR).

However once you have the spiders crawling in your favour you have to be able read your website and it’s coding. The coding can be changed to spoon feed the spider your web site information so it can report back.

We have powerful software on our systems which enables us to examine your competitors’ websites. This will tell us the strength of the site, the coding and where their links come from. This is then examined to see the most efficient way to rank higher than them.

Any link building package with us will run for a year, this gives the website chance to mature at a healthy pace. There are many internet marketing businesses claim we can rank you top over night, this is not true and you may be penalised by the search engines..

We run many internet marketing packages available tailored to your needs including website templates, telecoms, graphic design, seo in Lincolnshire, pay per click and web hosting.

Wesley the Guitar Bear was first created in 1996 to support children learning the classical guitar.

The guitar media I was using to teach from was too quick paced for the children, so I decided to draft a book of my own, featuring Wesley, which I used as a teaching aid to support children to play the guitar.

After 2 years piloting the draft, in 1998 I produced a final version called ‘Learn to play the guitar like me!’.

I then created Sally the koala bear to play duets with Wesley the guitar bear, together with a CD to support the children with Wesley and Sally advising how to play your guitar.

In 2001 I wrote ‘Learn to play the guitar like us!’, which linked to the first guitar book. A new cartoon character was created for this book - Charlie the Rabbit. I used both books as my teaching aid and the pupils were gaining high marks at Music festivals.

In 2003 I wrote ‘Learn to play the guitar like us!’ “The Ensemble Style” and a CD of the songs from the book played by: Walton Girls’ High School Classical Guitar Group.

WH Smith and Fox Music shop launch this book for me. I then had a website designed to sell my guitar books. I had a costume made of Wesley, which he help me to promote my work.

In 2004 I decided to concentrate on being a music teacher, and was offered a job as a music coordinator in a Lincolnshire primary school. Over a period of 18 months, the music curriculum moved from an unsatisfactory grading by Ofsted to standards above the national expectations."

I was complemented on my ability to significantly raise standards in the school, and Ofsted advised me to develop the scheme of work used there.

To that end I made links with Ilze (subject leader at Walton Girls' High School), to observe the delivery of Key Stage 3 music with a particular emphasis on Years 7 and 8." We both wrote the scheme of work together in our own time for the whole of KS2 /3

I was then employed by Walton Girls' High School, to place our Scheme of Work in local primary schools, to support class teachers to deliver music. This was produced as a book form.

In 2008 I developed our scheme of work with financial support from CfBT (Education trust) and Lincolnshire Music services into Music Interactive Whiteboard Software Package for KS2 called ‘loop’ which Wesley is features in.

‘loop’  is a KS2 Interactive Whiteboard Software Package
